MVP1 Release Notes

Important Notice

This MVP1 release is available on our development environment at https://sdk-web-app-dev.dmtp.tech. All user accounts and data will be migrated to the production environment upon its completion.

Current Limitations

Account Management

  • Only one wallet address can be connected per user account

Ad Campaigns (Advertisers)

  • Limited to one active campaign per user

  • Only 320x50 pixel banner size is supported

  • Campaign editing or deletion is not available after creation

  • Points per conversion can be set as an integer from 1 to 100

Ad Inventory (Publishers)

  • Only one ad inventory can be created per user

  • Ad inventory cannot be edited or deleted once created

  • Limited placement options: top, bottom, or middle of the page

Points System

  • Points are currently a virtual currency without blockchain integration

  • Only current point balance is visible

Reporting

  • No detailed analytics on campaign performance or inventory earnings

Banner Exchange

  • Banner Exchange Code (BEC) is served from https://te.dmtp.tech/bec.js with the publisher's wallet address added as a URL parameter for identification

  • Backfill banner is used when no paid ads are available or in case of errors

  • Limited to single banner display; no support for multiple ad rotations

  • Ad selection is based on advertisers with non-zero point balance

  • Clicks are redirected through our backend for tracking purposes

Known Issues

  • Occasional delays in point balance updates after clicks

  • Refresh may be required to see updated account information

Upcoming Features and Improvements

  • Wallet address hashing in the banner exchange code URL for enhanced security

  • Offer Wall ad format

  • Multiple campaigns and inventories per user

  • Advanced targeting options

  • Detailed analytics and reporting

  • Blockchain integration for points system

  • Production environment deployment
